- Loan Security Valuations: we have significant experience in providing advice and loan security reports to lenders. All valuation are prepared or appraised by a partner.
- Diminution Valuations: we provide expert reports for diminution cases currently acting for leading surveying practices; solicitors, occupiers and niche building surveying practices.
- Expert Witness Work: for litigation and for Court purposes, prepared in accordance with the Protocol for providing Expert Evidence and the RICS Guidance Note for Expert Witnesses.
- Pension Funds and Tax Valuations: we provide valuations for a SIPPS and pension fund purposes and for a variety of tax reasons including probate and capital gains tax.
